Strassen Care are committed to the professional development of all staff and therefore all staff will receive a comprehensive induction involving mandatory training packages. Staff will receive regular reflective supervision sessions designed to aid professional development and increase effective practice. Annual appraisals will be undertaken with all staff to measure long term development and develop career progression.

 

Strassen Care operates a 6 month probationary period for all roles.
