No matter how stuck you may feel, we are here to help you. An informal chat to start with will help us get to know more about you and your loved one’s needs.

Home Visit
Attention to detail is important. We’ll visit you and your loved one, discuss their needs, the support they’re looking for, and explore what type of Care Assistant would be best. Usually, you will have the same Care Assistant (or small team of Care Assistants), so our aim is to find someone who’s a great match.

Care Assistant Introductions
Time to meet your dedicated care team. After choosing the right support and informing your Care Assistant team of your loved one’s needs, we’ll introduce everyone in a relaxed and suitable setting – beginning the start of a great relationship.

Getting To Know Each Other
Great relationships are shaped over time. So for the first few weeks, your Care Assistant will focus on getting to know your loved one better. Your involvement is key during this process, so we’ll maintain communication at every stage to make sure everything’s going as smooth as possible.
